Our website is designed to take the stress out of searching for your next home. For information on available properties, simply go to the “Properties for Lease" tab on the tool bar, click on it, and complete the “Search” function to narrow down your search. You’ll immediately be presented with a selection of available properties that fit your housing needs. Our listings feature important details and ample photos of each house to help you narrow your choices
Naturally, you also should feel free to stop by our office on Vaughn Road to pick up a vacancy list. It is required that you drive by the houses that interest you and then call us to make an appointment to see these homes. Properties are shown by appointment Monday thru Friday and by appointment only on Saturday based on agent availability.
Generally your application is for a specific property.
Each prospect must complete an application which includes authorizing our office to run a credit check, verify income and employment, and contact previous landlords. You may download the application from this site or arrange to receive a copy from our office.
Qualified applicants will earn at least three times the stated monthly rent rate, have verifiable income and employment, and receive a solid rental history. All serious applicants must complete and sign the paperwork in its entirety and provide photo identification. A $50 non-refundable application fee is charged, payable by money order or cashiers check. We do not accept cash.Typically, applications take about two days to process. The security deposit must also be a cashiers check or money order and seperate from the application fee and presented within 24 hours of being approved. The security deposit will take the property off the market for up to 14 days, during which time an applicant must engage the lease. A security deposit will be paid for any single or dual head of household. For each additional adult, as in a roommate situation, there will be an additional security deposit required. For example, if the security deposit is $600, that will be the amount due for a single or dual head of household. If there are three adults, the deposit will be $1,200 and for four adults, the deposit will be $1,800. The security deposit will be refunded less stated deductions within the lease providng the lease has been fulfilled and the property has been left in good condition. The check may be picked up at the office or mailed to the address provided at the time the vacate notice is given.
